For after-sales activities, we have an extensive supply chain to organise and support service parts and components.
The Service Parts Supply Chain Group operates 18 central distribution warehouses throughout Europe. Using a hub & spoke distribution method, they ship thousands of components and accessories every day to over 3300 retailers throughout Europe and affiliates across the globe.
Your team and your responsibilities
You drive excellence in logistics operations at Toyota Parts Centre Hellas to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and team development in a dynamic automotive supply chain
You daily manage 25 people including 2 Supervisors and 3 Team Leaders, using Toyota Way principles, identify development needs of your team members and ensure their growth
You ensure daily manpower planning and recruit temporaries when needed.
Oversee daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, cost and compliance
You replace the depot manager when absent.
You create and foster safety culture - create a zero-risk operations environment through proactive risk management
You promote continuous improvement and customer-first mindset
You Manage KPIs, optimize material flows, and implement lean logistics strategies
You ensure legal and corporate standards are met across all activities
You have a daily responsibility for supply to 100 dealers in Greece, Cyprus, N. Macedonia and Bulgaria, import from TPCE (Belgium) and direct suppliers.
You find, evaluate and discuss with suppliers on equipment and all warehouse related material.
You have the responsibility for facilities and equipment to prevent failures that would have impact on the service to customers.
Your Profile
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience
You have at least 5 years of management experience in logistics or production (automotive preferred)
Fluent in Greek and English (native or C1)
Strong leadership skills, strong analytical skills, and TPS/Lean experience
You are well organised, and your flexibility makes you a perfect team player
You are stress resistant and able to prioritize to meet strict deadlines
You have strong communication and negotiation attitude in an assertive but diplomatic way to reach consensus and get buy-in
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
