Financial Restructuring Associate Attorney Qualifications

-2+ years demonstrated expertise in financial restructuring matters, including reorganizations, restructuring issues, and transactions involving distressed companies and assets.

-Role will focus on providing legal advice and support to public and private clients navigating financial restructuring processes, both within and outside of federal bankruptcy proceedings

-Excellent academic credentials from a top 100 law school and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
