You’ll research destinations, prepare travel quotes, and coordinate itineraries to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
Research and recommend travel options tailored to client needs and preferences
Prepare quotes, proposals, and detailed itineraries for client approval
Communicate with clients to gather details and provide exceptional service
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm bookings and arrangements
Maintain accurate records of client communications and booking details
Provide professional and timely assistance to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
