Textile Laminating Supervisor

Rainbow Group is seeking a highly experienced Textile Laminating Supervisor to join our dynamic production team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile laminating processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily textile laminating operations Ensure quality control and consistency across all production runs Train, support, and manage laminating staff Oversee machine setup, maintenance, and safe operation Monitor production targets and workflow efficiency Implement company standards and safety procedures Requirements Minimum 3–5 years experience in textile laminating (supervisory experience preferred) Strong technical knowledge of laminating machinery and materials Ability to lead a team and meet production deadlines Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Reliable, disciplined, and quality driven Important Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
