What It Takes

High school diploma or GED

Hands-on machine or production floor experience

Good with mechanics, tools, and small repairs

Detail-driven with pride in your work

Able to lift and move heavy loads

Works well with the crew, safety always first

Daily Responsibilities

Interpret specifications and instructions for production.

Set up the machine to specifications.

Select controls to position tools and workplace, and set specified feeds, speeds, and depth of cut.

Observe operation and verify conformance of workplace to specifications.

Maintain work area and related tools
