The Role We're seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting and financial operations.

In this role, you'll ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, manage financial reporting, and support strategic planning to keep our organization financially strong and sustainable.

What You'll Do * Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

* Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* Ensure compliance with GAAP, HRSA, and federal grant requirements.

* Lead annual audits and maintain strong internal controls.

* Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting with leadership.

* Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
