Senior Aircraft Stress Engineer - OK, KS & TX area - 0319

Our client in the OK, KS and TX area is a division of a world leading manufacturer of aerospace products and is looking for a Sr Aircraft Stress Engineer for an upcoming contract lasting up to 6 months or longer.

Summary: We have several immediate direct and contract openings for aircraft stress engineers near Denver CO. We are currently seeking engineers with 5 plus years of experience on Boeing or Airbus aircraft interiors. Experience with FEA and hand calculations required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; others may be assigned:

Aircraft Structural Stress Engineer with a minimum of 5 years aerospace experience

The positions specifically requires prior freighter conversion stress analysis experience OR experience with primary and secondary aircraft structures involving fuselage, floors, door surround or other primary structures.

Experience with Nastran, Patran or other FEM experience required. Ability to do hand calcs desired also.

Experience in writing static test plans and reports

Must be a US citizen
