TMD Staffing is looking to hire Forklift Operator/Order Puller in the 77038, North Houston area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person

PAY RATE: $18.00 per hour

SCHEDULE: Flexible to work 1st or 2nd Shift! Monday-Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM or 1:00PM - 10:00PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pull and prepare orders for shipment based on pick tickets or electronic order systems.

Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or cherry picker) to retrieve and move inventory.

Verify order accuracy by checking part numbers, quantities, and labels.

Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas.

Load and unload trucks as needed.

Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Valid forklift certification and at least 1 year of recent forklift experience.

Experience in order pulling, picking, or shipping in a warehouse setting.

Ability to read and understand pick tickets and inventory labels.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs and working on your feet throughout the shift.

Basic computer or RF scanner skills a plus.
