* Data: Inserts, all commercial work reports and cost analysis forms.

Personnel files.
* Things: Mueller Martini and Tenner Stitcher/trimmer, Kansa and SLS inserters, pallet lift trucks, strapping machines, Video Jet ink jet printers, trim removal system, production and scheduling software, all dock equipment.
Overall Responsibilities: * Supervises all bindery employee owners.
* Work with Director of production on the budget and departmental goals.
* Oversee and administer Pace and Print flow systems * Directs the preparation of third and second class mailing for printing customers.
* Schedules all jobs to be completed and processed.
* Schedules all employee owners according to workload for completion of jobs in a timely fashion and meeting quality standards.
* Adheres to and promotes safety practices and training.
Specific Responsibilities: * Supervises shipping and receiving of all freight to include all incoming and outgoing UPS shipments.
* Hires, trains, evaluates and coaches all bindery employee owners.
* Schedules daily work assignments for all bindery employee owners.
* Schedules preventive maintenance on all bindery equipment to keep machinery running smoothly.
* Directs dock employee owners and work flow of the dock area.
* Suggests new methods to enhance efficient operation of the bindery area.
* Maintains a "customer comes first" environment with pro-active commitment to internal and external customer service.
* Purchases bindery supplies and maintains inventory.
* Evaluates and recommends new equipment purchases for bindery.
* Maintains files of all commercial jobs.
* Monitors and processes all reports for commercial billing and cost analysis.
* Coordinates insert and delivery schedules for intra-division publications.
* Leads and participates in all safety training sessions, applies safe practices to job tasks, and reports all safety-related concerns and incidents to Human Resources in a prompt manner.
* Actively leads and participates in the Great Game of Business.
* All other duties as assigned by management.
