Structural Design Engineer - Oklahoma - Solidworks -0319

Our client is a leading design and manufacturer of aerospace products is looking for a Aircraft Structural Design Engineer responsible for providing support for their Company. Solidworks experience is preferred

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience.

Experience with aircraft primary structures design such as fuselage, cargo door, wing etc.

Frieghter conversion experience is beneficial

Basic design knowledge and understanding of commonly used design guideline and concepts.

Creativity to provide conceptual ideas and design solutions to address structural problems.

Ability to identify structural requirements.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Advanced analytical skills and the capacity to use experience and knowledge to make sound judgments.

Experience:

Proficiency with Solidworks is preferred.

CATIA or other CAD softwares may be acceptable

Previous aircraft freighter conversion design or similar work preferred.

Education:

Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering preferred or equivalent.
