BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a nationwide facility management and construction solutions provider focused on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. As the front line of the sales funnel, you will prospect, qualify leads, and book meetings with decision makers across retail, grocery, QSR, and enterprise facility organizations. Your work builds pipeline for the Account Executive team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prospect target accounts via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking

• Research, qualify, and build a strong outbound pipeline

• Run discovery calls with facility leaders and executives to identify needs

• Communicate value across construction, maintenance, emergency services, and nationwide coverage

• Book qualified meetings and hand off opportunities to Account Executives

• Track activity and progress in CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of outbound prospecting or B2B sales experience

• Strong communicator (phone and written outreach)

• Persistent hunter mindset; resilient, coachable, and open to feedback

• Organized and able to manage pipelines and maintain CRM hygiene

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in facilities management, construction, or related services

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools

• CRM proficiency (Salesforce and/or HubSpot)
