Job Summary
Beyond FlexSpace is seeking a warm, service-driven, and detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to support daily operations and member engagement at our Houston Westchase location. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive, productive, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and partners.
As a key support role for the Client Experience Manager, the Customer Experience Associate ensures smooth front-of-house operations, exceptional customer service delivery, and active participation in building a strong business community. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and client support.

Community & Member Support:
Welcome and assist members, guests, and prospects, delivering an exceptional first impression.
Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring a seamless move-in and workspace setup experience.
Build rapport with members and understand their needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Support community-building initiatives by helping prepare, promote, and host events and networking activities.
Provide responsive, effective support to resolve member requests and escalate issues when needed. Operations & Facility Support:
Maintain a polished, clean, and functional workspace environment, including common areas, kitchens, meeting rooms, and lounge spaces.
Support management of access systems, room bookings, and workspace readiness.
Assist with vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and technology troubleshooting support.
Ensure supplies, business services, and refreshments are stocked and operating smoothly.
Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure workspace standards and member satisfaction. Sales & Tours Support:
Greet and assist prospective members during tours and inquiries.
Support the Client Experience Manager in showcasing space amenities, services, and offerings.
Assist with lead capture, follow-up, and booking meeting rooms or day passes.
Promote member add-on services and workspace upgrades as needed. Administrative & Member Services:
Assist with member communication, updates, newsletters, and announcements.
Maintain accurate CRM and membership data, billing support, and contract documentation.
Support meeting room reservations, calendar coordination, guest management, and mail handling.
Track and report daily activity, member feedback, and service needs. Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in hospitality, coworking, customer service, facilities coordination, or administrative support.
Professional, friendly, and engaging communication style.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, or workspace management tools preferred.
Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive with a commitment to excellence. Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (DOE)
