Trillium Staffing is now seeking Forklift Operators for long-term work! Schedule is Monday Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Overtime as needed). Pay: $20.00/hour.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our Case Pick team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and documentation of materials throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to load and unload trailers, transport materials, and organize warehouse inventory.

Accurately transfer parts in and out of designated warehouse locations, both physically and in the inventory system.

Perform routine inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy efforts.

Inspect products for damage and report or correct discrepancies and process errors.

Prepare and maintain all necessary receiving, storage, and shipping documentation.

Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Remain flexible and willing to assist in other departments or tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Stand-Up Forklift experience is required.

Must pass a written forklift test.

Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory records.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Able to identify and resolve product or process issues independently.

Must wear steel-toe boots and comply with all safety policies.
