About the Role

We're building something game-changing: a community and marketplace for recruiters and job seekers where no candidate is ghosted, and every recruiter commits to respond. This platform will empower candidates with tools for resumes, cover letters, and job search guidancewhile also offering recruiters a place to share experiences, review tools, and access genuine feedback.

We're looking for an energetic fresher with strong Python skills, frontend development experience, and interest in AI backend tools. The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure to Vibe coding tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Bold, and Emergent, plus frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. This is a ground-floor opportunity where you will own the build-out of the entire platformfrom marketplace mechanics to community features.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the recruitercandidate marketplace platform using Python and Vibe coding tools.

Build AI-powered backend tools in Python for candidate/recruiter scoring, recommendation engines, and content analysis.

Build frontend features with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.

Implement core systems: recruiter directory, candidate/recruiter rating system, and recruiter tools/resources hub.

Ensure authenticity by designing systems that keep comments, reviews, and ratings transparent and genuine.

Create a content hub with educational resources for recruiters and job seekers.

Take ownership of product development from ideation to deployment.

Requirements

Strong foundation in Python with ability to build AI backend tools.

Hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.

Proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS for frontend development.

Familiarity with Vibe coding tools: Cursor, Lovable, Bold, Emergent.

Knowledge of Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar).

Passion for building community-driven platforms.

Fresh graduates welcomeenthusiasm and drive matter more than years of experience.
