In this position you will support the strategic and operational goals of various business areas by leveraging planning, controlling, and management accounting tools. Your work will contribute to value creation through the effective planning and control of resource utilization, while acting as a trusted professional advisor and collaborator to various internal stakeholders.
Tasks
Execute monthly closing tasks (internal performance allocations, invoice and accrual bookings), and liaise with subsidiaries as needed
Participate in financial planning processes, including budgeting
Operate and help develop reporting processes and related systems, ensuring standardization and efficiency
Prepare regular financial and management reports (e.g. M&S monthly actuals presentation, functional reports, BOPC planning, cost efficiency program data)
Create ad-hoc reports and provide in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making
Provide data and documentation to external and internal auditors
Support SLA administration (e.g. accruals, invoicing, cost allocations) for assigned units
Support reporting on support unit-related projects and track project hour allocation
Contribute to reporting-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain close cooperation with business partner organizations and finance stakeholders
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or business analysis
Solid understanding of business and corporate processes
Knowledge of applicable accounting regulations
Analytical mindset with a systems-thinking approach
Proficiency in SAP, BI tools, Navision, and Microsoft Office applications
Intermediate to upper-intermediate English and Hungarian language skills (B2 level)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to adapt to changing business environments and regulatory requirements
