Recruiter

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

THE ROLE

Recruiter will be support to Leaders of the company regarding topics connected to recruitment, hiring and onboarding. Person will work closely with the HR Business Partners to develop market focused recruitment strategies to ensure efficient recruitment for the Business centre.

Role will be following up the employee hiring and onboarding process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Be Hiring Manager’s partner in Recruitment process

Actively participate in employer branding activities

Development of a portfolio of contacts (recruitment agencies, university career offices)

Make suggestions on improvements to the recruitment and employer branding strategy and processes and identifying new opportunities and markets

Maintain and update tools to ensure the best international recruitment practices.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience in full cycle recruitment process

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high sense of responsibility

Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal to communicate with colleagues in Europe

Very good MS Office skills

Higher education or last year student in HR or related field will be considered as an asset.
