About the Role:
Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and internal trade policies
Prepare and review import/export documentation and classifications (HTS, ECCN, COO, etc.)
Support denied party screening and licensing processes
Help develop and deliver compliance training
Work with Customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies
Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements
Maintain accurate recordkeeping and documentation systems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in Customs compliance or related trade role
Familiarity with import/export documentation and U.S. Customs regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or ERP systems a plus
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
