We are hiring a Seasonal Grain Handler to support daily grain elevator operations during harvest and storage season. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, equipment operation, and working in an agricultural environment. As a Seasonal Grain Handler, you will help keep grain moving safely and efficiently throughout the facility.

What You'll Do (Seasonal Grain Handler Responsibilities)

Grain Receiving & Shipping

Unload incoming grain trucks and load outbound shipments

Weigh, sample, and grade grain according to company standards

Direct truck traffic and communicate clearly with drivers Equipment Operation

Operate conveyors, augers, dryers, bucket elevators, and skid steers

Monitor grain flow, moisture, and temperature

Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting Facility Maintenance

Clean grain spills and maintain a safe, organized work area

Assist with bin, pit, and facility upkeep

Support inspections and preventative maintenance tasks Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Use proper PPE at all times

Report hazards or equipment issues immediately Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience in farming or grain operations (preferred but not required)

Ability to operate equipment safely

Comfortable working outdoors in dusty environments

Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor

Willing to work extended and weekend hours during peak season Key Skills
