Salary: $16 to $18 per hour

Location: Spring Hill, TN

Schedule: Monday through Friday (No weekends)

The Learning Experience in Spring Hill is seeking an energetic and caring Toddler Teacher to guide little learners as they explore, grow, and build independence. If you love helping toddlers learn through play and routine, this is the role for you.

What You Will Do

Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 12 to 24 months

Support language, motor, and social development through play based learning

Follow daily classroom routines including diapering, meals, and transitions

Communicate consistently with parents to build positive relationships

Implement TLEs award winning LEAP Curriculum

Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom

Tennessee Requirement

Must have credentials documented in TNPAL and meet Tennessee child care training standards. Infant and Toddler Certification or Pyramid Plus credential is preferred.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in toddler care, childcare, preschool, or daycare preferred

Reliable, positive, and highly attentive to safety
