What would this role do?

As a Center Based Administrative Assistant with 360 Behavioral Health supporting our operations, you work at a local 360 Behavioral Health clinic. You fulfill an essential role as the face of the organization to patients, potential employees and others who visit or call. You support the efforts of the entire local office staff as you work as a team to provide exceptional care to everyone you serve.

Competitive compensation (we value transparency) $20.00-$23.00/Hourly.

Monday- Friday 12:15pm-7:45pm & Saturdays 8:45am-1:45pm

Role Responsibilities (Here’s what it takes)

assisting office visitors

Handle phone calls and emails

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Cover required breaks for field partners when needed

Support with maintaining and updating schedules

Verify assigned parent/guardian for all drop-offs and pick-ups

Maintain Emergency Contact information for CBS client(s)

Ensure all partners follow CBS policies

Identifies opportunities to minimize workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems

Complete daily closing tasks

Replenish office supplies

Hardware Tracking and Enrollment

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Must Haves (Yes, we have needs!)

Minimum high school diploma / GED.

Spanish Bilingual preferred

Office experience – with 1+ years in an administrative position preferred.

Computer savvy with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Self-motivated, responsible, honest, and articulate.

Excellent organizational, communications and time management skills.

Customer service focus – with a professional demeanor, boundaries, and composure.

Ability to politely interact with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Basic knowledge of developmental disabilities and/or applied behavior analysis (ABA) preferred.
