The ideal candidate will have a great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, knowledge and experience with hand and power tools, and a desire to grow. Compensation and Benefits
$18-25 (depending on experience) hourly pay during training (minimum 6 months). After training, technicians are paid based on the flag rate.

Qualifications
High school Diploma or GED
Experience in 12V electrical systems, or related automotive electrical work – preferred but not mandatory
Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams – preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge and experience using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong Work Ethic
Punctual and consistent attendance
Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift to 50 lbs. without assistance
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Successful completion of Pre-Employment screens, including background check
Primary Responsibilities
Removal of factory interior and exterior equipment and parts
Install emergency lighting, sirens, consoles, radios, and other upfitting equipment on police, fire, and EMS vehicles
Interpret and follow build sheets, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
