Sr. Program/ Project Manager

Job Description

TMB has an exciting opportunity for a Program/ Project Manager to provide support to a U.S. Navy program office.

Responsibilities

Provide management analysis for the NAVSEA Director for Surface Ship Maintenance, Modernization and Sustainment (SEA 21).

The manager will oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with Navy and DoD standards.

Candidate must have proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications.

Lead and manage projects within SEA 21’s portfolio, including maintenance and modernization initiatives for surface ships.

Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, cost estimates, and risk management plans.

Coordinate across NAVSEA, shipyards, fleet stakeholders, and industry partners to ensure timely execution of projects.

Prepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain project scope, schedule, and budget.

Ensure compliance with applicable acquisition regulations, directives, and policies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10-year professional experience supporting US Navy Sustainment or Acquisition Management

PMP Certification

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
