Job Description:

Set up, operate and adjust a variety of Coordinate Measuring

Machines (CMM) to layout and check the quality of machined components.

Performs CMM checks and analyze machined components at various stages of processing

Communicates results of the CMM report to the machinist/supervisor for corrective

action when needed

Air Tool

Job summary: This position will have responsibility for the repair, auditing, and certification of all plant torque control equipment and general air and electric tools.

Pervious experience with Datamyte and Software specific to Control Torque process

Job Duties:

• Maintain pneumatic air and electric tooling.

• Perform torque tool calibration checks.

• Maintain air hose reels, RFL units.

• Monitor and maintain repair part inventory.

• Training of new employees into the area.
