Accounts Payable Manager/Supervisor (Windsor area Hybrid)
A rapidly growing manufacturer with 6+ sites across the Northeast seeks an experienced AP Manager/Supervisor to join our new Shared Services team at our corporate HQ.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee full-cycle AP operations for multiple locations as a hands-on, working supervisor.
Manage and mentor a small staff (currently one direct report).
Drive process improvements and AP automation initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally, engaging with shop floor teams to resolve issues and ensure accuracy.
Demonstrate initiative, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
What You Bring:
Supervisory AP/accounting experience in a similar environment.
Experience implementing process changes and/or automation.
Willingness to be hands-on and proactive in a manufacturing setting.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, including invoice coding, check runs, and ACH transactions.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise teams effectively.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
