Entry Level Machine Operator

Location: North Ridgeville, OH

Pay Rate: $14.00/hour to start - earn more as you learn more.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Type: Temp-to-Hire – Eligible for raise and benefits once hired on

Must be willing to submit to a Nationwide Background Check and a Pre-Employment Drug Test.

Job Summary:

Crucial Link Staffing is hiring for an Entry Level Machine Operator in North Ridgeville! This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start a long-term career in manufacturing. Training opportunities exist for the right candidate to learn directly from a master machinist - no prior experience required, just a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Operate production machines safely and efficiently

Load and unload parts, inspect for quality, and record basic measurements

Follow instructions from senior machinists and shift leads

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Assist with setup, adjustments, and general production support

Qualifications:

No prior machining experience required – mechanical aptitude preferred

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
