Cardiology - Interventional Physician

Location: McLean County Illinois, 2 hrs south of Chicago

Start Date: ASAP, as soon as credentialed

End Date: Ongoing, until a perm provider is hired

Schedule/Shifts: 1-2 weeks per month; 8a-4:30p M-F + Call 4:30p-8a F-M; with some varied needs TBD

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted IL License

BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist

IL CS/DEA License

Clean background/malpractice/NPDB

ACLS, BLS Certifications

Updated CV Skills/Procedures: Cardiac cath, PCI & associated procedures (IAB, Impella, TVPM, etc.), TEEs, cardioversions, stress testing, reading EKGs, echo, nuclear, occasional hospital consults

Volume: Cath cases 1-6/day (inpatient/outpatient mix); Mostly adult, medicare pop 65%
