THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join our Vida E Caffe team. The purpose of this role is to assume primary accountability and responsibility for running a profitable quick-service restaurant. This includes achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, ensuring adequate staffing with competent staff, serving high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies in accordance with company policies and procedures through effective team management.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 with 2 years experience in a similar management role.
A tertiary qualification is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing coffee Baristas
