Compensation: $20–$28 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate, and organized Case Manager to join our growing legal team. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, helping manage their cases from start to finish, keeping communication clear, and ensuring every step moves smoothly. MUST SPEAK SPANISH
What You’ll Do:
Manage a high volume of personal injury cases, ensuring deadlines and next steps are always on track
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and answering questions
Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and other professionals as needed
Gather, organize, and maintain case documentation and records
Track progress, identify any issues, and help keep cases moving efficiently
Provide empathetic and professional client support throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience as a case manager, legal assistant, or in a client service role is preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfort working independently in a remote environment
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
