We are currently seeking a Global Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with internal leadership teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR advisor, ensuring effective HR practices, employee engagement, and compliance across diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives
Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development
Support talent acquisition initiatives in collaboration with recruitment teams
Manage performance management processes and employee development programs
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Support onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and HR regulations
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
