Job Description:

Join a dynamic finance team in a remote, full-time role overseeing accounting operations and financial audits.

This position requires strong leadership and analytical skills to manage financial reporting and collaborate across departments.

Proficiency in generic accounting software and spreadsheet tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance standards.

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial statements.

Coordinate and lead external audit activities, including preparation and response to inquiries.

Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.

Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA certification preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Experience in financial reporting and audit requirements.

Proven experience managing and developing accounting teams.

Proficiency in generic accounting software and strong spreadsheet skills.
