Structural Steel Project Manager
(AISC Fabrication and Erection)
gpac is partnered with a successful full-service steel contractor that specializes in design/engineering, fabrication and erection of steel and pre-cast tilt wall projects in the commercial and industrial sector. They are currently looking to add a Project Manager to their strong team. The right candidate would have experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection.
Qualifications for Structural Steel Project Manager:
5+ years of experience in the structural steel industry
Ground up Steel Construction Project Experience
Knowledge of current AISC structural codes and standards
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities for Structural Steel Project Manager:
Coordinate and communicate with team members
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Manage and monitor project budgets and schedules
Monitor and review changes in project scope
Ensure all materials, labor and equipment costs are accurately included in estimates
Assist in developing and implementing cost-effective strategies
Compensation/Benefits for Structural Steel Project Manager:
$90,000 - $125,000 base salary
