You'll be the on-floor expert for quality, driving continuous improvement, mold validation, and CAPA processes to meet exact customer specifications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes and procedures.

• Experience with mold validation, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and 5S audits.

• Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance Requirements (QARs), visual inspection, and line clearances.

• College degree preferred.
