We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Scheduler based out of Kansas City to join our dynamic team supporting large-scale construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Primavera P6, experience developing and reviewing construction schedules for DOD construction projects, and a strong understanding of schedule management practices in accordance with USACE policies and industry standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Development & Oversight
Review project designs and provide recommendations for construction duration
Review construction contractors' schedule submittals and identify risks and possible mitigations
Create, update, and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6
Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and critical path evaluations
Conduct recovery schedule analysis to mitigate delays
Provide weekly "look ahead" schedules within 24 hours of the event
Conduct schedule oversight and ensure compliance with project timelines
Meetings & Collaboration
Attend Schedule Kick-off Meetings to align expectations
Participate in schedule review meetings with stakeholders identify and assess risks
Attend resolution meetings to address schedule conflicts
Training & Compliance
Provide training on schedule analysis and best practices to Government personnel
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must qualify for a Public Trust Clearance
Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction project scheduler
Proficiency in Primavera P6 for schedule creation and manipulation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proven ability to work effectively on large, diverse teams
In-depth knowledge of USACE schedule management policies and network analysis systems
Familiarity with construction methodologies and contract administration
Experience with RMS schedule modules and government scheduling systems
Ability to pass a security background check and obtain access via TASS
