Sr. Full Stack Developer I
As Sr. Full Stack Developer I, you'll work to deploy quality code to update, enhance, and add features to a suite of public-facing government web applications. You will work as part of a highly collaborative and high-performing agile scrum team, delivering work across two-week sprints.

What you'll do:
You will participate in all agile scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives), developing and deploying secure, high-quality code to update, enhance, and add new functionality to a public-facing suite of government web applications.
What you'll need to succeed:
Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability
5+ years' experience with a web-based application framework (Ruby on Rails backend, React frontend)
Excellent writing and communications skills
Proven full stack application development experience with React frontend and Ruby backend, as well as database technologies including Oracle and PostgreSQL
Experience working as part of an agile development team
Experience building production web applications on cloud-based infrastructure
Experience with git-based source code repositories such as Github, Gitlab, and Bitbucket
SALARY RANGE: $101,000 - $147,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
Performance-based bonuses
Company-paid training and/or certifications
