We have an immediate opening for a talented Software Developer II (Full Stack) to join our team. As a full stack developer, you'll deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environmentbuilding software that makes a real impact. You'll collaborate across disciplines to design, develop, and deploy production-ready software and systems. You'll help clients overcome complex challenges using modern architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. Responsibilities
Build responsive, accessible, high-performing web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React + TypeScript) to deliver seamless user experiences across platforms and devices.
Partner with backend developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to integrate front-end and back-end components using C#, .NET, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
Leverage Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices to maintain code quality, secure deployments, and continuous improvement (e.g., branch strategies, automated testing, security scanning).
Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, recommending design and architectural improvements (caching, query optimization, async processing, component refactors).
Support development and deployment in AWS and other cloud environments, using cloud-native services to achieve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retros), contribute to solution design discussions, and adopt emerging technologies and frameworks to improve team delivery.
Experience Requirements
3+ years designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software applications.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Java, Python,.NET, React, or another modern front-end framework.
Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and familiarity with NoSQL technologies.
Experience working on an Agile Scrum team.
Ability to deliver complete end-to-end solutions across front-end and back-end.

Back-end: C#,.NET (Core), REST/GraphQL APIs
Data: PostgreSQL, SQL Server; exposure to NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB)
Cloud: AWS (preferred), Azure/GCP familiarity
DevOps/CI/CD: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps, pipelines, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation)
Security: DevSecOps, SAST/DAST, OWASP practices
Testing: Jest/RTL, xUnit/NUnit, integration/E2E frameworks
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field). Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination per client requirements.
