Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

6+ years of experience with Django or Python web development

Proven track record of successful Python projects

Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal

Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment

Strong independent work ethic, self-motivation, and discipline

Comfortable working overlapping US team hours

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with React front-end development

Basic knowledge of GoLang

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Understanding of Agile methodologies
