Northridge Health and Rehabilitation Center would love to have you as a join their AMAZING Dietary team!

Job Responsibilities May Include:

Prepare and serve meals in accordance with planned menus, dietary restrictions and portion guidelines

Ensure food is cooked, stored, and served safely, following all health and sanitation standards

Assist in menu planning and accommodate resident preferences and special diets

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas

Work collaboratively with dietary staff to ensure time meal service

Follow all facility, state, and federal guidelines regarding food preparation

Qualifications:

Prior kitchen experience

Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required

Experience in large batch cooking

Strong customer service skills
