End-to-end payroll ownership: Managing the full payroll cycleâ from pulling PTO and expenses in Paylocity, confirming commissions from the Bonus & Commissions Drive, processing payroll, and submitting it after leadership review.

Accuracy, compliance, and collaboration: Ensuring payroll accuracy by validating final commissions, reviewing payroll, saving registers and reports, and coordinating next-day approvals with Blue Marble.

Strong reporting and documentation: Consistently pull and store payroll registers, payroll reports, and G/L reports in the appropriate drives, ensuring clean records and audit-ready documentation.

Part time role that is hybrid. Work some at the office and some at home!

What your future day will look like:

· Pull and review PTO and expense data from Paylocity to ensure accurate payroll inputs.

·Confirm monthly commissions.

Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all earnings and deductions are reflected correctly.

Review payroll details, address any adjustments, and submit payroll for processing.

Save payroll registers and payroll reports to the designated Payroll Reports Drive for recordkeeping and audit purposes.

On pay date and the following day, review payroll approval and pull the G/L report to save in the Payroll Drive.
