Partner directly with a top-performing Account Manager to support their client development efforts
Book qualified meetings with potential clients through outreach via phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking
Research prospective companies and decision-makers using industry tools and platforms
Shadow client meetings to learn how we present our services, uncover hiring needs, and close new business
Represent ROCS at local events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
Track activity, outreach, and meeting notes in our CRM (HubSpot)
Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environmentWhat We’re Looking For
We’re seeking enthusiastic, entry-level candidates who:
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university (recent grads encouraged to apply!)
Are outgoing, friendly, and confident in starting conversations with new people
Are eager to learn and grow in a professional sales environment
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team culture
Are organized, self-motivated, and excited to take on new challengesCompensation & Benefits:
Salary: $45,000–$50,000 base + Bonuses (On Target Earnings - $60,000+)
