The Front Desk Attendant / Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing courteous and professional front-desk and administrative support for the community. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, employees, and contractors, ensuring smooth check-in procedures, effective communication, and timely handling of inquiries and documentation.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Greet residents, visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional and friendly manner
Check in and log all visitors, contractors, and vendors according to community procedures
Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
Respond to emails and written inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Accept, review, and process forms, applications, and other documents
Provide information regarding community rules, policies, and procedures
Handle miscellaneous questions and inquiries from individuals checking in at the property
Maintain accurate records, logs, and files related to front desk activities
Monitor front desk area to ensure security and proper access control
Communicate issues, concerns, or incidents to management as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Pay Scale: $21 DOE
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
