Oncology Clinical Pharmacist / Oncology Pharmacy Specialist

This full-time, day-shift Oncology Clinical Pharmacist position is based at a progressive, patient-focused medical campus, where your specialized knowledge will shape cancer treatment protocols and support patients at every step of their journey. You'll work closely with oncologists, fellows, nurses, and other clinical experts to ensure safe, evidence-based, and personalized oncology medication management.

What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with oncologists to manage chemotherapy and supportive care plans
Participate in daily rounding with physicians and advanced practice providers
Subject matter expert in oncology for both clinical teams and trainees
Conduct ongoing review and development of electronic oncology care plans
Educate patients on oral and IV chemotherapy using teach-back method
Precept pharmacy residents and students; lead staff development programs
Contribute to service line meetings and cost-effective therapy initiatives
About You
Be able to do the job as described
PharmD and active Delaware Pharmacist license required (or willing to obtain before start)
Board Certified in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP)
PGY1 Residency or equivalent experience (at least 3 of clinical hospital pharmacy practice) OR PGY2 residency in Oncology or equivalent experience (Need at least 3 of oncology practice)
Skilled in care plan development and electronic health record navigation
