Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval.

• Process invoices and track package deliveries to support operational needs.

• Monitor and record volume metrics to assist with reporting and analysis.

• Respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and manage documents.

• Perform routine calculations to verify data accuracy.

• Scan and digitize documents for secure storage.

• Ensure compliance with company standards for data handling and confidentiality.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.• Proficiency in 10-key typing with high accuracy.

• Experience in customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills.

• Proven expertise in data entry and maintaining records.

• Familiarity with email correspondence and detail-oriented communication.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Ability to organize files and manage documentation systematically.

• Competence in performing calculations and verifying data.
