Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
National Holidays: Some national holidays may require work depending on sales events or activations.
Employees who work on designated national holidays will receive additional bonus compensation.
Position Summary
The Outside Sales Support Team assists field sales operations, builds customer relationships, supports partners and retailers, and ensures smooth execution of sales activities across Cambodia. This role combines customer engagement, product presentation, on-site promotion, and coordination with internal teams to help drive sales and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
Support field sales team in visiting clients, retailers, distributors, and business partners.
Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and brand introduction during field visits.
Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information to report to Sales Manager.
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on leads from marketing activities.
On-Site Operations & Promotion
Assist in executing outside sales events, activations, roadshows, trade fairs, and pop-ups.
Ensure product display setups follow brand guidelines.
Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure product availability for field operations.
Manage promotional materials, giveaway items, and membership or coupon registration at events.
Sales Support & Administration
Prepare daily visit reports, customer lists, and order summaries.
Help sales executives issue quotations, invoices, and related documents.
Maintain customer data and report to Marketing Management
Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Performance Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly target sales related to customer engagement, field activities, and sales support.
Contribute to increasing brand visibility and market penetration across Cambodia.
Requirements
Education & Experience
High school diploma or college degree preferred.
Experience in sales, retail, marketing, or field activation is a plus.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills in Khmer; basic English or Chinese is an advantage.
Friendly, confident, and customer-service oriented.
Ability to travel within Phnom Penh and occasionally to provinces.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing field schedules.
Experience with beauty, skincare, or consumer goods is an advantage.
