We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the store.

Manage inventory of ice cream, toppings, cones, and other supplies.

Customer service

Order stock as needed.

Maintain a well keeped work environment

Open and close the shop according to procedures.

Creating and managing the schedule for all other team members.

Skills

Strong supervisory skills.

Good leader and excellent team motivator.

Proficient in organizational tasks.

Experience in training staff members.

Knowledge of sales management.

Friendly toward clients.

Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and customers.

Proficiency in shift management and scheduling.

Familiarity with inventory control practices.

Hours

Must be available to work weekend and monday

Around 25-35 hours a week
