Job Title: 2nd Shift Packer – Temp to Perm

Location: Addison, IL

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3:50 PM – 4:00 AM (2nd shift)

Week 1:

Work 3–4 days including Fri, Sat, Sun

Week 2:

Work 3–4 days (but weekend off)

12 hours each shift, in the afternoon-to-night shift (3:50 PM–4 AM), and weekends alternate—one weekend working, the next off.

Job Description:

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Packer to join a stable production team in Addison, IL. This temp-to-perm role involves visually inspecting and packing finished plastic bottles to ensure quality standards are met. Responsibilities:

Inspect bottles on the production line, ensuring they match approved quality samples.

Pack acceptable bottles into approved shipping containers and palletize completed orders.

Identify, separate, and report non-conforming products.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following all safety and quality protocols.

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in assembly, hand-packing, or visual inspection is a plus.

Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Strong organizational, math, and basic computer skills.

Must adhere to PPE and company safety regulations.
