Night Manager - Janitorial

Seeking a Night Manager to manage night-time janitorial operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Evening shift

Monday to Friday

Night shift

Work Location: On-site

Compensation is based on experience. Includes a company vehicle with gas, a cell phone, and benefits.

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish

Ability to work full hours

Required Experience:

Previous supervisory experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and supervise cleaning crews in the field

Provide hands-on training

Conduct multiple site visits each night using a company vehicle for quality assurance

Manage and order cleaning equipment and supplies inventory

Track employee hours and pay using company software and technology

Collaborate with branch managers to ensure daily completion of cleaning tasks and special projects

Adhere to facility and company security and safety protocols

Perform other tasks and administrative duties as needed
