Restaurant & Bar Manager – The Well Burger Bar

We are excited to launch The Well Burger Bar, a vibrant new burger bar and nightlife destination opening in February 2026.

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and create an unforgettable guest experience.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in restaurant and bar management

Strong background in nightlife and entertainment operations

Passion for hospitality, team leadership, and delivering exceptional service

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities

Oversee guest services and resolve issues

Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation

Train and manage kitchen personnel

Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields

Strong leadership qualities
