Scope of Work

Ensure smooth coordination and delivery of training programs & initiatives.

Coordinate and support execution of training schedules, logistics, registration, attendance tracking, and post-learning evaluations.

Assist in designing training decks, certificates, and communication materials.

Track learning KPIs and help prepare monthly dashboards.

Assist in daily operational tasks and support data reporting.

Drive employee engagement through timely communication, content creation, and campaign execution.

Support ideation and development of promotional assets (banners, posters, reels, internal comms).

Compile insights for monthly HR newsletter and employer branding reports.

People Engagement & Admin

Manage registrations, feedback forms, certificates, and surveys of events.

Maintain documentation and asset libraries.

Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Undergraduate student (final year) or fresh graduate (max.1 year after graduate) – Psychology, HR, Business, Communications, Management, or related fields is preferable.

Available for 3-6 months (full time; hybrid).

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) — bonus if familiar with Canva/CapCut/Power BI

Detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working with data

Creative mindset for content and campaign development

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders
