We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Loader/Unloader to join our team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics process by ensuring that materials are loaded and unloaded efficiently and safely. Load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers.

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors promptly.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.

Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, if necessary.
