Software Engineer -TS/SCI Clearance with Security Clearance

This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Candidates who do not hold this clearance are not eligible for hire.

Solidus is hiring a Software Engineer for an onsite role based in Aurora, CO.

Day in the life: * Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for cutting-edge satellite ground systems * Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment What You Will Learn * A breadth of advanced software technologies and techniques including multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, and microservice software design * Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques * Software lifecycle practices for large-scale defense projects * Satellite ground system technologies including command & telemetry, flight dynamics, planning and scheduling, and spacecraft operations Clearance Requirements: * US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance * Willingness to undergo comprehensive background investigation and pass a polygraph exam.

Required Qualifications & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) * 8 years of relevant software engineering experience * Experience developing object-oriented software using Java and C++ * Developing software in a Linux environment * Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket * Experience developing software on the M2C2 or Rushmore program * Cultural fit amongst a collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications: * Software development lifecycle experience using the SAFe Agile methodology * Experience developing software using Python * Experience with AMMP, Cucumber, GIT, Khaos (M2C2 FD), Kubernetes, Oracle, Postgres, SonarQube, Weblogic, WIGS/Angular * Experience with cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes * Experience working with full stack development Benefit selection, customer contractual specifications, relevant work experience, skills, competencies, certifications, and clearance status will influence the final salary.
